What is a Mastermind Group?
A Mastermind group is about synergy, one mind + one mind = three minds. It is a committed group of professionals who share a definite purpose and vision; coming together monthly to share knowledge and expertise, and ensure goal achievement through the process. They focus their efforts on the vision creating the mastermind group, which generates ideas and solutions in pursuit of the shared purpose.
Mastermind groups offer a combination of masterminding, peer brainstorming, education, accountability, and support in a group setting to sharpen business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and your peers achieve success.

What a Mastermind Group is Not
- A mastermind group is not a training class. While expert speakers will be brought in occasionally to lecture on a specific topic of interest, the main focus of the mastermind group is sharing among the members.
- A mastermind group is not group coaching. Mastermind groups are about the MEMBERS sharing, advising and supporting each other. It is not about the facilitator coaching individuals in a group setting. As a member, you get everyone's feedback, perspective, and support.
- A mastermind group is not a networking and referral group. While sharing of leads and networking may occur the focus of the mastermind group is to brainstorm, receive input and feedback that results in success.
