AWARD WINNERS AT ANNUAL WINNERS CONFERENCE

Recognition given to consultants, business coaches for lifetime excellence, research, training

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - January 27, 2012 - TTI Performance Systems has honored the best of the best with its 2012 Awards, which were given during a gathering of some of the finest business consultants and coaches in the United States. The awards were distributed at TTI Performance Systems' 23^rd annual Winners' Conference, held Jan. 15-17 at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs.

The honorees were selected from TTI Performance Systems' 3,000 Value Added Associates, or distributors, of TTI Performance Systems assessment and human capital management products and services.

Don Hahn of East Amherst, New York was honored with the Solutions 4 Hiring Consultant of the Year. This award honors a VAA who has successfully delivered Solutions 4 Hiring practices and demonstrated excellence in recruiting, selection and talent management. Hahn earned this award by embracing the TTI strategic partnership model and subsequently elevated their selection business substantially.

Honorees hail from throughout the U.S. and, in some cases, have been distributors and certified consultants using TTI Performance Systems tools for decades. Charles "Skip" Murray, who also served as keynote speaker during the conference, was awarded the TTI Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognizes an extraordinary leader within the network who has enriched the industry through their collaboration and partnership while displaying the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and integrity.

• Rookie of the Year: Dan Sevigny - Manchester, New Hampshire
• Trainer of the Year: Jason Kleid - Maple Grove, Minnesota
• TriMetrix HD User of the Year: Jim Dryburgh - Scottsdale, Arizona
• Consultant of the Year: Cyndi & John Gave - Rochester, Minnesota
• Selection Specialist of the Year: Mark Debinski - Eldersburg, Maryland
• The Bill Brooks Impact Award: Brent Patmos - Chandler, Arizona
• Talent Management Plus Provider of the Year: Chris Young - Bismarck, North Dakota and Carla Fugit - Draper, Utah
• TTI Research Partner of the Year: Ryan Lisk - Lexington, Kentucky

The awards were given by Ashley Bowers, president of TTI Performance Systems, and Bill Bonnstetter, chairman of TTI Performance Systems.
