Finally…a Mastermind Group for Executives

A confidential and friendly forum for the open exchange of issues, concerns and ideas by your peers.  EMG offers a range of programs, each tailored to the specific needs of chief executives, and professional service providers.  EMG enables members to rise above day-to-day operational issues and reap the benefits of other leaders’ seasoned experience, insights and knowledge.  A comfortable forum to discuss your most pressing issues and gain the feedback, ideas, accountability and information to solve them. The program includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Monthly Mastermind Meetings
Monthly 4-hour roundtable discussion to be held from 8:00am - 12:00am every 3rd Thursday of the month.

Standard Agenda
8:-9:30 *Educational topic for the month
9:30-12:00 Roundtable Discussion, Best Practices, Wrap-Up and Action Items
12-1:30 Luncheon, casual discussions

Parameters

  • Each mastermind group is limited to 12 members annually
  • Mastermind schedule runs 10 months (summer break)
  • Industry exclusivity is provided
  • 80% attendance at Mastermind groups is required
  • Must be Executive VP level or greater - responsible for Sales, Marketing and/or Executive oversight
  • Guidelines, operating procedures and agenda will be adopted by the membership
  • Liaison:  A liaison selected from the mastermind group will be established by the EMG to guide content and act as a voice of the membership

Terms and Conditions

  • A signed confidentiality agreement must be executed
  • Application must be approved by 2/3rds majority  approval of  group members
