A confidential and friendly forum for the open exchange of issues, concerns and ideas by your peers. The Executive Mastermind Group (EMG) meets monthly, offering a range of programs, each tailored to the specific needs of chief executives, and professional service providers. 

EMG enables members to rise above day-to-day operational issues and reap the benefits of other leaders’ seasoned experience, insights and knowledge. A comfortable forum to discuss your most pressing issues and gain the feedback, ideas, accountability and information to solve them. What is a Mastermind group?

The concept of a Mastermind Group was first introduced in Napoleon Hill's book “Think and Grow Rich.”  A mastermind group is about the power of a "third mind" made possible through regular collaboration.
A well managed mastermind group consists of a small group of co-equal colleagues and contemporaries who regularly share experiences, insights and best practices that create "Ah ha" moments for each of them. The beauty of Mastermind Groups is that participants raise the bar by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion.  Mastermind participants act as catalysts for growth.

The agenda belongs to the group, and each person’s participation is critical. Your peers give you feedback, help you brainstorm new possibilities, and set up accountability structures that enable you to achieve your goals.
