
The parallels between sales success and excellence at golf (or any sport for that matter) are quire significant. Passionate about both the sales profession and golf, I am endeavoring to complete a book discussing those parallels.
If you're not familiar with golf, the term "keep it in the fairway" simply means to keep the ball on the course. Sounds easier than it is, though. In the game of golf, there are many tangible obstacles to avoid and overcome (think: sand traps, water hazards, and high winds). But there are just as many intangible obstacles, such as second-guessing your ability and lack of practice.
My hope is that through this book - along with some hard work - you'll be able to realize your fullest potential as a sales professional. So happy reading...and remember, keep it in the fairway.
